Samsung asks when Apple’s foldable iPhones are coming, gets little fanfare
This week has seen Apple’s yearly iPhone announcement, thus it is only fitting that Samsung receive its own pre-buttal and reply. The pre-buttal was the company’s release of the critically acclaimed Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Fold 4 folding phones. The refutation That component, however, is not as refined.
As evidence, Samsung published this short clip on the day of Apple’s announcement, showing how avaricious it was with its countermessaging opportunities this week :

On the social media front, Samsung stepped up its attack on the iPhone on Friday with a series of tweets boasting about the length of time the company has offered folding devices and a 108MP smartphone camera.

One of these tweets, at the very least, was modified for a Twitter advertisement.
The audience’s response was fast and critical of the firm, mentioning both Oppo’s release of a better product and the general lack of interest in brand wars on the part of consumers. The dunks that mention how Samsung removed its advertisements criticizing Apple for eliminating the headphone jack from its iPhones after it, too,
subsequent devices finally did away with the port.
The fact is that foldable smartphones aren’t causing upgrades on a worldwide scale, despite Samsung’s seeming insurmountable lead in the market. In actuality, the current demand for smartphones is declining.
We might witness a paradigm change if Samsung managed to manufacture enough of these clamshells and sell them for just a few hundred bucks. Let’s just highlight Apple’s phenomenal performance in the US market for the time being.
